How it works
After missing a check-in or check-out, it sometimes takes a while before the journey is shown on this website. In most cases, you can apply for a credit refund within 15 days. If you subscribe to this service, from now on you will receive an email if you can apply for a credit refund.
Terms and conditions
Per half calendar year, you can apply for a credit refund for three journeys per operator. NS has different terms and conditions. If you forget to check in or check out more often than that, you cannot apply for a credit refund for these journeys. You will therefore not receive an email.

Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to receive emails, you can simply unsubscribe again. Enter your details and click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button.
