How it works After missing a check-in or check-out, it sometimes takes a while before the journey is shown on this website. In most cases, you can apply for a credit refund within 15 days. If you subscribe to this service, from now on you will receive an email if you can apply for a credit refund.
Terms and conditions Per half calendar year, you can apply for a credit refund for three journeys per operator. NS has different terms and conditions. If you forget to check in or check out more often than that, you cannot apply for a credit refund for these journeys. You will therefore not receive an email.
