You can apply for a refund in three simple steps on this website. You can do this if you did not check in or out on the bus, train, tram or metro. You enter which stop or which station you got on or off at. We will then calculate what the journey cost. If you have overpaid, you will receive a refund.
You can apply for a refund for a maximum of three journeys per operator between January and June and between July and December. N.B.: different terms and conditions apply for NS.
